Inspired by looking into the eyes of scallops while scalloping. I came back and contemplated how to make a bracelet that would capture what I saw.
It needed to be simple and easy to wear, so, of course, I mixed metals. Sterling silver balls wrapped in gold-filled wire, on a dainty sterling cuff.
If you’ve been scalloping, maybe you can see my vision. All of their little eyeballs shine through each scallop in their shell and it’s so pretty. This is my wearable version.
