Refund policy

We cannot issue refunds, but we are happy to exchange or adjust your jewelry for fit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to exchange an item that you received as a gift, we are also happy to issue a gift card for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When you ship your item, please make sure to securely put it in a padded envelope and use a trackable shipping service so we'll both have peace of mind while it's on its way!
